The objective of aim2run is to enable individuals to understand and harness their motivation in order to become more active and in turn achieve greater health and wellbeing in their working life and personal life.

One fantastic way to do this is encourage people to take up running, to set a goal and achieve something that is challenging and rewarding in terms of physical and mental health and wellbeing.  This could be taking part in a 5km park run or a 10k charity run – or even something as huge as a marathon (that’s 26.2miles – not a chocolate bar). And through this site and other media I’ll attempt to show you how and why.



Going for a run can bring physical and mental health benefits, encourage broader thinking and opening you to new and exciting possibilities – it can also be fun!
